Easyfresh Netherlands is proud to confirm its position once again as the #1 importer and logistics partner for Brazilian limes in Europe, covering 50% of the market volume.
Building on the successful launch of its lime packing operation at the Breda facility in 2025, Easyfresh continues to expand its perishable logistics capabilities and reinforce its leadership in tropical fruit handling.
Continued Growth in Lime Operations
The dedicated lime project focuses on Brazilian Tahiti limes, carefully sorted by size (42, 48, 54, 60) and packed in branded netted packs and socks to meet increasing European demand.
The limes are transported in 40’ HC reefer containers, with 22 pallets and under strict cold chain conditions to preserve freshness and quality.
Cold Chain Excellence
Easyfresh maintains optimal handling conditions throughout the supply chain:
- Temperature: +8°C
- Humidity: 80%
- Ventilation: 25 CBM
Upon arrival in Breda, each shipment undergoes full quality control, including temperature verification and fruit quality assessments, ensuring premium standards before distribution across Europe.

Market Leadership
After handling 5,200 containers in 2024 and expanding volumes significantly in 2025, Easyfresh has again secured its market-leading position in 2026, managing approximately 50% of all Brazilian lime imports into Europe.
